The room was spacious with a smart TV and a comfy bed. The hotel staff spoke English, were super friendly, and always had a smile. The location was perfect, close to all the popular spots in central Gothenburg like Liseberg and the concert venues. We had a blast exploring the city and enjoying all the fun activities it had to offer.

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers. Although there were plenty of attractions and things to do during the day, we were hoping for more options to let loose and have a good time at night.

Had a VERY VERY GOOD stay for a short visit. The room was decent size and huge, included with comfortable beds as well as a good-size bathroom.- Thanks, I loved the stay and would return anytime.

No safe. Lack of parking spaces for vehicles over 2m high. Not very bright in the restaurant area.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and was delicious. The evening meals were also fantastic, with a different menu each night.

The shower doors didn't close properly, causing the bathroom to get wet after showering. The room doors slammed shut and could be disruptive to sleep.

Great hotel... Dinner incl. With nice buffet... Located 5 minutes from the station and still very quiet. We had a very spacious double room.

Price, Location, room size and complimentory evening meal. This was the second year we used the hotel for the gothia cup and will be booking again for next year.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near the city center and the central station. the hotel provided great facilities and amenities for bikers.

Felt like VIP, no complaints at all.

Close proximity to train station and "Avenyn" (main city shopping road). If one likes walking (and weather permits!), Liseberg amusement park is about 40mins away.The famous "Nordstan" (an enormous shopping complex) is also very close by, for shopoholics. The evening buffet is quite a generous bonus, although offering a selection of fish and meat to choose from every evening (rather than fish only and meat only alternating every evening) would have been more appropriate. Coffee and cold water is available 24 hours. Buffet breakfast is excellent.

The extra bed in the triple room could have been somewhat more comfortable.

The air in the corridors in front of the rooms was often very stale.

Cleanliness is top-notch here. The facilities are really good. The breakfast is awesome, with a variety of tasty options including cake and lactose-free alternatives. 🍰

The staff here are nice and checking in is a breeze, the beds are super comfy and the room has great amenities like a fridge, electric kettle, and microwave.

Excellent for our family - the dinner buffet was better than in some other Clarion Hotels! Clean, nice, good location.

Even a small play area for kids would be very useful..
